Service scope

SiteMetricz provides analytics reporting software and hosted product surfaces operated by Fritz Labs.

You provide data-source access credentials/permissions and remain responsible for underlying analytics account ownership and accuracy.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful activity, fraud, or abusive automation.
• No attempts to disrupt service security or availability.
• No unauthorized access to third-party data.

Billing

Payments are processed by Paddle (merchant/processor). Taxes (including VAT) may apply based on billing location.

Support and availability

Support is handled via the contact form and provided on a best-effort basis during business hours.

Typical initial response target is within 1 business day; urgent production issues are prioritized when clearly identified.

Liability and disclaimer

Service is provided as-is without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fritz Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the prior 12 months unless law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in Fritz Labs’ operating jurisdiction unless local consumer law requires a different standard.
