SiteMetricz payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Refund and cancellation handling follows the same consumer policy framework Paddle applies to invoiced purchases.

How to request a refund

  • Use the contact form.
  • Include your billing email and Paddle order ID.
  • We’ll submit/assist your request through Paddle.

Final approval, timing, and payment-method handling are governed by Paddle’s policy and processing rules.
